MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19

• For our guests and staff, we have placed disinfectant everywhere in the hotel area.
• Each and everyone from the staff and the suppliers is obliged to pass through thermometric control before entering the hotel area.
• We have placed antibacterial lamps on the entrances, the exists and around the lobby.
• We have installed plexiglass walls at the reception desk.
• Every guest will be supplied with personal protective kit upon request. The same kits are distributed to the hotel staff.
• Signal sticker and signs will show the safety distance required between the guests and the staff.

ACCOMMODATION MEASURES

• Due to safety measures, online and contactless payment is recommended.
• We guarantee that all rooms and apartments are treated with disinfectants, approved by the Ministry of Health. Additionally we have installed disinfectant dispensers all over the hotel area.
• The key-cards for the rooms are also disinfected.
• Complimentary bottle of mineral water can be found in the mini-fridge specially for you.
• Early check-in before 12:00 pm is possible without additional charge, if the capacity allows it.

CONFERENCE CENTER MEASURES

• The reception desk is often disinfected. Antibacterial lamps are installed in the lobby and conference area.
• Our team is instructed kindly to remind our guests the safety measures for using the conference services.
• In order to guarantee our guests’ safety, we have reduced the conference rooms’ capacity according to the current safety requirements.
• The technical and conference equipment will be disinfected before used.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

• For breakfast you can choose from our specially selected menus. Breakfast will be personally served to each guest.
• When offering buffet, we have set directions for both coming and leaving guests, so that safety distance is kept by the safety requirements.
• When choosing form the buffet, the mask and dsisposable gloves are absolutely obligatory. A personal cutlery set will be served to each guest.
• All the tables are arranged with 1.5 m distance from each one and the maximum capacity per table is 4 people.
• The coffee and tea machines are disinfected according to the healthy requirements.
• Our lovely summer garden will open for lunch between 12:00-15:30 every day of the week.

OBLIGATIONS FOR THE GUESTS

• In order to keep everyone safe, we have installed thermo-door at the hotel’s entrance. Everyone who wants to enter, should test their temperature by no-touch measure to the thermo-door sensor.
• Please follow the instructions from the signs, for the check-in , the use of the elevators, the restaurants and the conference center.
• Please, keep social distance.
• Considering the safety of all guests, you can easily refuse room cleaning, by pressing the “do not disturb” red button in your room.
• In case of technical support, you can dial number 9 and our team will fix anything you need when absent form the room.
• The safety and care of our guests and staff are also a responsibility to each and every one of us. We cannot take responsibility for any possible disease or discomfort.
